Meditational journeys are a wonderful way to relax and gain insight.

Chanting is one of the best ways to release stress and calm the mind and body.  

Here are some chants that I have been taught throughout my teachings.

Om - from Hindu - without beginning or ending and embracing all that is

Nam Myoho Renge Kyo - from Soka Gakkai - the key that unlocks our Buddha nature

Om Ah Hum Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Hum - from Sogyal Rinpoche - to dispel all obstacles in life to opportunities for growth and learning
